Ability to identify projects that we want to bring to our base/organization

We have 4 people assigned to the Spark Lab. The 3 uniform wearers are from different career fields, so I ask them to start searching in VISION for project to include archived that other cell or bases have input to see if it is something that we can bring to our base to help personnel execute the mission better and cheaper. I have asked them to click the follow button so that we can track and discuss but come to find out none of us can see what the other people are following in the shop. We either have to look at their computer or search for it ourselves and save it. Could we have a way to tag/identify projects we want to review before we begin implementation?
