Currently, you can only search by initiative title. There is no way to search against the problem or solution content.

Add functional areas and technology types to create initiative process

Provide users with the ability to add functional areas and technology types upon creation so that it removes the burden on the managers while still making the initiative searchable

Add RoME metrics to initiative home page

Ability to see the RoME metrics from the main initiative page so that users can easily see they can add metrics to their initiative

Add links for users to access drop down options from initiative home page

Users have reported that they didn’t know features existed that were in the drop down list so this will provide hyperlinks from the front page of the initiative to help them navigate to those features more easily.

Document title bug that skews the proportions of the initiative

Currently when a document name is really long it will expand the document box and everything on the page will be out of proportion to one another

On 'create initiative' add functional areas and technology types drop down selection instead of depending on the manager to add all of the fields
