June 22–23, 2026

Matching Engine Enrichment

A major overhaul of how Raise matches projects to opportunities, for more accurate and explainable results.

  • Matching now uses AI-powered semantic similarity as the primary signal, refined by a detailed AI fit review for the top candidates

  • Match Score is now fully transparent. Click the score to see exactly how each signal contributed, with plain-language ratings (Strong/Good/Moderate/Weak) and explanations for each dimension

  • Base matches per project increased from 50 to 100, now paginated

Performance

Faster load times across project and opportunity match pages.

Signup

Added a more prominent free-trial callout on the signup page.

June 17, 2026

Signup Reliability

  • Users who start a paid signup but don't complete checkout can now switch to a free trial instead

  • Returning users with an incomplete signup are guided to finish checkout rather than creating a duplicate account

  • Fixed edge cases that could result in duplicate charges or stuck accounts during signup

  • Users can now complete payment before setting up two-factor authentication

June 16, 2026

Legal

Added Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Master Service Agreement links to the login and signup pages.

Plan Limit Enforcement

Accounts that exceed plan limits are now guided to their Account page to resolve it before continuing.

Strategy & Intelligence

  • Living Strategy now waits for matching to finish before generating, with a clear explanation why

  • Renamed the "Win Probability" score to "Pursuit Readiness" to better reflect what it measures

  • Added a completion notification for Market Intelligence generation, so you can navigate away while it runs

Bug Fixes

  • Improved reliability of Market Intelligence generation when AI responses were malformed

Each seat is now its own line item with its own renewal date, purchasable directly from your Account page.

  • Billing is now a tab within the Account page

  • Cleaned up the Team tab and Account Details layout

Strategy Accuracy Fix

Fixed an issue where Living Strategy could incorrectly report "no federal performance" for projects that already had award history on file.

June 3, 2026

  • Comment threads can be opened, replied to, and resolved directly in the drafting panel, linked to the specific highlighted text

PSC Codes

Added Product/Service Code (PSC) support across the platform — searchable PSC selection on products and services, AI-suggested codes, PSC filtering on the Opportunities page, and PSC overlap as a new signal in match scoring.

Billing

Tier 2 (Federalist) subscribers can now downgrade to Tier 1 (Patriot) directly from the Billing page, with clear guidance on what needs to be reduced first if you're over the new plan's limits.

Dark Mode Refresh

Refreshed the dark mode color palette platform-wide for better contrast and a calmer visual tone.

Funding Projects

  • Pursuit stage now advances automatically as your proposal progresses, with the option to move it back manually

  • Added "select all / clear all" to sector and funding mechanism filters

  • Added a "Saving... / Saved" indicator and last-updated timestamps

  • Award history cards are now visually clearer

May 29, 2026

Settings

Rebuilt the Settings page with a sidebar layout covering Profile, Security, Appearance, and Notifications, including a consolidated security view (password, MFA status, sign out other sessions) and a light/dark/system theme picker.

Document Management

  • The document previewer now supports PDF, Word, Excel, text files, and images, with a consistent viewer design across formats

  • Combined "Extract Text" and "Process with AI" into a single action

  • Documents awaiting AI analysis now show a clear prompt to process them

  • Added explanatory tooltips to pursuit and complexity scores

Performance

  • Faster page loads across the dashboard, opportunity list, and opportunity detail pages

  • Notifications, proposal reviews, and match progress now update instantly instead of on a delay

  • Redesigned the billing page to clearly reflect your plan status, including trial, active, canceling, and suspended states

  • Added a grace period for cancellations, with a visible countdown and the ability to undo

  • Profiles can now be created with just a name and filled in over time

General

  • Removed remaining references to "tokens" from user-facing screens

  • Standardized font sizing across Projects, Dashboard, and other pages

  • Fixed a page-flashing issue after completing checkout

May 9–11, 2026

Match Subscriptions

Matching is now a subscription you turn on per project. Once enabled, Raise automatically maintains a curated match list with no more manually generating or loading more matches.

  • Includes 50 matches per month, with additional packs of 50 available anytime

  • If you run low, your match list pauses with a clear prompt to add more

  • A progress indicator shows matching status as it runs (pre-screening → scoring → ranking), with matches appearing as they're found

Project Keywords

Added a Keywords section to Funding Project details for manual and AI-generated keywords, which help Raise pre-screen relevant opportunities for your project. Keywords are the most heavily weighted signal in pre-screening.

Project Archiving

Owners and managers can now archive and unarchive funding projects. Archived projects are read-only with AI features and matching paused until unarchived.

Announcements

Admins can publish rich-text announcements that appear to all users on their next visit, including optional video embeds, scheduling, and expiration dates.

Technology Readiness Level (TRL)

Added TRL (1–9) to products and services across the platform, shown on product cards and proposal context, and factored into AI match scoring.

Matching Improvements

Updated the weighting behind match scores to place more emphasis on semantic and capability fit, and introduced keyword overlap as a new scoring signal.

Reliability

Fixed sync issues that were silently cutting off opportunity imports from Grants.gov and DOD SBIR before they finished processing.
