VISION: User Directory

The User Directory allows users to find and access contact information for every VISION user. Users will also be able to see all initiatives that a single user is working on with the User Directory feature.

Navigation

  • Log in to the application

  • On the left navigation menu select User Directory

User Directory Search

  • Users can search by first name, last name or email

  • Users can filter the user directory down by VISION roles and skills

  • Users can also filter by organization and base

Selecting a user

  • When the user list is filtered down users can select a single user by clicking on the user’s card

  • After selecting that user you will be able to see the following data points:

    • Contact information

    • The organization that user is a part of

    • The base the user is located on

    • Time zone

    • Skills

  • The table below will generate all of the initiatives that a user is a part of. The table will show the initiative title, the organization the initiative is a part of, the status of the initiative and the roles this specific user is playing on this initiative

  • A user can navigate into any of those initiatives by clicking on the initiative title
